Have you ever found yourself taking sides when two family members have ended up in an argument over something? If you have, then you are not alone and what you will know is that it is very difficult to remain neutral when conflict occurs.

The same problems arise when trying to manage an internal investigation involving two or more employees. Even if you think you can be unbiased how do those involved see it?

Our service acknowledges that investigations are emotionally and legally difficult and that is why we offer independent investigation conducted by trained lawyers. The result is that all relevant parties will be interviewed and statements made (where appropriate) and a report provided to the organisation as to the most appropriate course of action, in line with the Equal Opportunity legislation and your organisation’s policies and procedures.
